Food art teriyaki sushi

I finally succeeded in making sushi at home although its not your normall sushi this ones teriyaki chicken sushi with avocado slices "Ill only like avocado with sushi but hate it in any other form"

got the recipe to make it from here www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrzXv1… even made the teriyaki sauce from scratch all though instead of sake I used some scotch.
