VN Pearl

In the land of the Chubbosaurs only the largest survive. These mighty Thunder lizards spend their lives eating as much as they can to get large enough to defend against predators, fight of rivals for territory and mating rites and even larger dinosaurs that might squash them under foot.  Pearl is one of the largest herbivores within Titania's territory of the jungle.  Typical of most sauropods Pearl isn't exactly the smartest dinosaur around in fact she's quite absent-minded, oblivious and forgetful but shes also very kind and generous.  

Pearl belongs to the nomadic sauropod tribes that roam the earth gobbling up entire forests in there wake. Sauropods have strong migratory instincts which like an internal GPS tells them where to go and how to find their way back to their herds. However poor Pearl got separated from her herd as a young Dino when a large pterosaur swooped her up and carried her away to feed to its hatch-lings. Pearl managed to escape but fell out of the nest and hit her head on the branches of the tree on the way down. This injury caused Pearl to lose her GPS ability and now has the worst sense of direction of any dinosaur. The ordeal also left her with a terrible fear of heights which being one of the tallest Dino species can make quite inconvenient so Pearl prefers to avoid standing when possible. Its not all bad though, that sedentary lifestyle and lack of roaming helps her to gain weight more quickly then other members of her species.

Her large girth and absent mindedness makes her a hazard to be around even for other large Dino's like Titania who was once pinned under the behemoth because Pearl had dozed of and mistook Titania's hefty bosoms for comfy pillows. Pearl loves the water and lives next to a deep pond, one could easily mistake her for a plesiosaur. Her presence scares off many of the predators in the water whenever she goes for a dip. The smaller amphibious critters thank her by collecting shiny shells, clams and pearls from the water to give to her "hence how she got her name" which she uses to trade with the more advanced species for things like clothing and specialty foods that she cant get to.

I intended to draw clothes for Pearl but I too have been comically forgetful lately XD

I've done a lot more world building for the chubbosaurs but haven't drawn them in a long time.  Also might need to come up with a different tile for the chubbosaurs as that name seems to have been taken as a meme or something.
